I'm having trouble removing my sink's aerator.
Most standard sink aerators are easily twistable by hand.
You can use our provided wrench or a plier to twist off the aerator.
If you’re still having difficulties, kindly send us a picture of your faucet and the aerator and we will gladly send you additional tools, free of charge :)

Will the filter fit my faucet?

Our filter works with both hidden and exposed faucet aerators. If the provided adapters don’t fit, just fill out the form from the Installation QR code that comes with your Puresoft Filter, and we’ll send a custom one right away. Not sure if your faucet’s compatible? Send a pic of your aerator to support@waterdoctor.co and we’ll happily check for you 😊
What if I'm not satisfied? Do you have a return policy?

Yes! We have a 30-day return policy. No questions asked.
If you happen to live in an area with clean water or simply don’t find the filter useful, we’ll gladly accept your return! Just email us within 30 days, and we’ll process your return and refund right away. We take customer service very seriously!
